(Ridgecrest, CA) — Multiple injuries are being reported from Friday night’s magnitude 7.1 quake near Ridgecrest, California. The USGS says the quake could be felt from Southern California out to Las Vegas. One place it was definitely felt was Dodger Stadium where fans felt the impact of the shaker as the game between the Dodgers and the San Diego Padres played on. The press box lurched for several seconds, and some people on the upper decks scurried to the lower levels for safety. Players on the field didn’t seem to notice, as play continued and the Dodgers fell to the San Diego Padres 3-2.
