(New York, NY) — Netflix is losing another top show to a competing subscription service. Reruns of “Friends” will be leaving Netflix and joining the new WarnerMedia service called HBO Max. This is the second former NBC series to leave Netflix in the past month. “The Office” will also be leaving starting in 2021. WarnerMedia paid 85 million per year in a five year deal to put Friends on its new service, which is scheduled to debut in the spring of 2020.
