Heat Wave Grips Southern U.S.
(Phoenix, AZ) — Nearly 40 million Americans are bracing for extreme heat in the next few days. Over six million people are under an excessive heat warnings, including folks in Phoenix, Arizona, which could get up to 120 degrees on Friday and Saturday. Over 32 million are under a heat advisory from Texas to Alabama. Dallas, Oklahoma City, Little Rock, Memphis, St. Louis and Birmingham could all see temperatures over 110 degrees in the next few days.
