Decatur Police Investigating Four Shootings In Four Days
(Decatur, IL) — Decatur police are investigating four shootings that have happened over the last four days. The latest shooting happened yesterday morning in the 14-hundred block of East Hickory Street. Police say 27-year-old Demetrius Ford was found dead on the front porch of a home from gunshot wounds. Two shootings happened on July 11th, where the victims were wounded. Police are also investigating shots fired July 12th at the intersection of Warren and Stuart Avenue.
