Illinois Department Of Public Health Warns Of Vaping Illnesses
(Springfield, IL) — Illinois is the latest state to warn about the dangers of vaping. The Illinois Department of Public Health last week said it’s seen seven confirmed cases of young people with serious lung problems after vaping. The department is looking into 11 others. Public Health Director Dr. Ngozi Ezike says some of the young people had to be put on a breathing tube. The state is suggesting that parents talk with their kids about the dangers of vaping.
