Alleged Kidnapper Arrested In Rantoul
(Rantoul, IL) — An alleged kidnapper is in custody after being captured in Rantoul. Victor Luna-Contreras was found Friday on Route 136 near the County Market. Luna-Contreras was arrested on a Texas warrant and on charges for unlawful use of weapons.
