From the National Weather Service’s (in Lincoln) facebook page:
A line of strong to severe thunderstorms is forecast to progress from Iowa across central Illinois Tuesday morning into early afternoon. The squall line is expected to reach our western counties from Schuyler to Knox around 9 am, then progress to the southeast at 40-50 mph. The primary hazards will be wind gusts in excess of 60 mph and hail larger than quarters: however, brief tornado touchdowns will also be possible.
