(El Paso, TX) — The El Paso Walmart where 22 people were killed earlier this month is making plans to reopen. The store is hoping to open its doors in the next few months. It will be completely renovated and there will be a permanent memorial for those who were killed on August 3rd. Police and the FBI finished processing the crime scene last week but a fence around the store will remain along with armed guards.
