Fallen ISP Trooper Jones-Story’s Volleyball Number Retired In Ceremony
(Warren, IL) — The Warren High School volleyball number once worn by fallen Illinois State Police Trooper Brooke Jones-Story will no longer be used. The school’s volleyball team retired the number three in a ceremony last night between the JV and Varsity games. She had been a standout Warren volleyball player, winning MVP in her junior and senior years. Trooper Jones-Story was killed in the line of duty in March while inspecting a commercial vehicle along U.S. 20 in Stephenson County.
