Peoria Public Schools Awarded Multi-Million Dollar Federal Grant
(Peoria, IL) — Peoria Public Schools leaders say the district has been awarded a multi-million dollar federal grant. The two-and-a-half million dollar Full Service Community Schools grant will support students at Harrison Community Learning Center and Roosevelt Magnet School. The purpose of the grant is to provide comprehensive academic, social, and health services for students, family members, and community members.
