A Terre Haute woman was air-lifted to Carle Foundation Hospital following a crash south of Effingham last night. Illinois State Police say 40-year-old April Marlow was a passenger on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle with Christopher Marlow. They were northbound on I-57 when a deer ran into the roadway. The bike struck the deer head-on, and then overturned causing both to be ejected.
