Written Threat Found At Springfield’s Franklin Middle School
(Springfield, IL) — District 186 officials in Springfield say a written threat was made against Franklin Middle School. The threat was found in a restroom at the school on Monday. The district’s K-9 and handler searched the school Monday afternoon along with administrative staff and nothing was found. Another search was conducted yesterday, but officials say still nothing was found. Additional searches are planned for the rest of the week.
