Utility work will force the closure of part of Jefferson Avenue in Charleston next week. It’ll be in effect from 7:00 a.m. Monday, October 28, 2019 until Wednesday, October 30, 2019, weather permitting. The closure will affect the area between 7th and 8th Streets.
