Man Facing Charges For Beating Up Child
(Charleston, IL) — A man is facing charges for beating up a child. Police arrested 22-year-old Robert Woods for battery yesterday after an incident behind a business near West Lincoln Avenue and University Drive. Investigators identified Woods as one of the suspects who allegedly beat the child. The child’s age hasn’t been released.
