Police have arrested the fourth suspect who was involved in a home invasion in Effingham on October 29th. 20-year-old Austin Phelps, of Montrose, who turned himself in last Friday, is charged with one count of home invasion, a Class X Felony which carries a sentence of 6 to 30-years in prison if convicted. He was released after posting $5,000 bond. Three other suspects, 18-year-old Caillou Repp, 18-year-old Zion Mace, and 20-year-old Noah Rebello remain in custody at the Effingham County Jail.
