Earlier: According to the Illinois State Police, around 12:45 p.m. central, an over-sized load had a tire blowout and needs the tire repaired northbound I-57 North of Tuscola. The right lane will be blocked near milepost 214 until the tire can be repaired and the oversized load moved. Please use caution in this area. An estimated time of 90 minutes is expected.
