A Charleston man was killed in a crash in Clark County this morning. According to the Illinois State Police, 32-year-old Wade C. Schaefer was eastbound on Clarksville Road and a tractor-trailer driven by 37-year-old Matthew Locker, of Knightstown, Indiana was westbound at the same location. As the vehicles met, Schaefer’s crossed into the westbound lane where they collided head-on.
