Coroner Releases Autopsy Of Man Found In Pond

(Paris, IL) — The Edgar County Coroner is making the autopsy results public of a man whose body was found in a pond. Coroner Scott Barrett says 45-year-old Jeremy McDaniel’s cause of death was consistent with drowning. He said foul play is not suspected. The official cause of death will depend on the toxicology report. McDaniel’s body was found Sunday in a private pond near Paris, Illinois.
