Coles County Clerk: Early Voting and Election Judges
Coles County Clerk Julie Coe reminds voters that Early Voting for the March 17, 2020 General Primary Election is now available.
Any voter interested in voting early may cast their ballot at the County Clerk’s office in the Coles County Courthouse or Mattoon City Clerk’s office in Mattoon City Hall.
Early Voting will also be available on March 11, 12, and 13th from 10 – 5 at EIU MLK Union, Bridge Lounge.
Early Voting offers an opportunity for any registered voter to cast their ballot prior to Election Day. Early Voting is available Monday–Friday 8:30-4:30 thru March 16, 2020. Both offices will also be open on Saturday March 14, 2020 from 9:00-12:00. Coe wants to remind early voters that any vote cast is final and may not be revoked and the voter will not be eligible to cast a vote on Election Day.
The Coles County Clerk’s office also needs Election Judges for the upcoming election.
Voters seeking more information about Early Voting, Vote by Mail or becoming an Election Judge, can visit the County Clerk’s website at www.co.coles.il.us/elections or by calling 348-0524.
