Disney Plus Has Over 26 Million Subscribers
(Burbank, CA) — Disney’s streaming service is off to a magic carpet start. The company announced in its quarter one earnings report that Disney Plus has gained 26-point-five million subscribers since launching in November. It’s the first subscriber update since Disney revealed it had ten-million sign-ups after the first day. The service first launched in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand and The Netherlands. It will be available in other regions of Europe at the end of March.
