Bill To Allow Medicaid To Cover Cancer Clinic Treatment Progressing
(Springfield, IL) — A bill that would allow Medicaid to cover cancer clinic treatment is headed to the Illinois Senate floor. The bill passed out of committee Wednesday and will now face a vote by the full Senate. If the bill passes through both the Senate and House, Illinois will be the 14th state to make the change. Most health insurance plans and Medicare cover these approved experimental treatments.
