Retired U.S. Army Soldier Stephen Meyers, who is walking across the USA for PTSD will be at the Effingham Public Library from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on February 28th. On the walk, Stephen especially seeks to talk with veterans and first-responders and those who care for them.
