Illinois House Democrat Chris Welch is making the case for the opportunity for college athletes to get paid endorsement deals. Welch is advocating in the House for legislation to allow NCAA athletes to be able to get agents and to get paid for the use of their image. He is a former Division I baseball player for the Northwestern Wildcats.
