Good Evening,
We are very saddened to report that, in light of current circumstances, The Teacher Chase will be canceled for this year. The safety of our participants is our number one priority. As of today, the Illinois Department of Public Health and the Office of the Governor issued warnings that large gatherings should be canceled. We thank you in advance for understanding.
The Teacher Chase is a fundraiser for Williams Elementary School’s PTO and as such, the proceeds go to benefit the school and our students directly. That being said, we understand if you would still like to receive a refund. Please contact Williams Elementary School at 217-238-2800 or stop in the front office for more information.
All pre-registered participants are welcomed and encouraged to come into the school to get their race shirts! We will do our best to send race shirts home with any pre-registered families.

This cancellation follows Governor Pritzker’s speech earlier today about cancelling large social gatherings with more then 250 people in attendance.
