Apple Moves Annual Developers Conference Online
(Cupertino, CA) — Apple is moving its annual Worldwide Developers Conference entirely online. It normally holds it in June at the San Jose Convention Center, drawing around six-thousand people. But in a statement, the company says the current health situation requires a new, digital format for 2020, which will include the keynote and developer sessions. It’s still expected to unveil new software and possibly new hardware products. Facebook and Google have already canceled their in-person conference events scheduled for May.
