Moultrie, Douglas, Coles, Edgar, Shelby, Cumberland, Clark, Effingham, Jasper, Crawford, Clay, Richland, and Lawrence counties until 9 am. Visibility of one quarter mile or less at times. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
