Flight Numbers Dropping, Hurting Central Illinois Airports

(Undated) — Flight numbers are dropping at Central Illinois airports because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Officials at the Peoria International Airport say the number of passengers was down 17-thousand in March, which is usually busier than February. Central Illinois Regional Airport in Bloomington has reduced the number of flights to Chicago and Atlanta.
