Pritzker Predicts COVID-19 Peak In May
(Springfield, IL) — Governor J.B. Pritzker is predicting that the COVID-19 peak in cases could come in mid-May. Pritzker says the stay-at-home order is working and has led to fewer deaths and hospitalizations that were anticipated. The governor says disparities in infection rates in different regions could inform changes to the stay-at-home order.
