Joe Victor, the longtime Douglas County Corner died unexpectedly last night. Victor served the county in a variety of roles including emergency service director, police officer, EMT, and firefighter. He was 65. Arrangements are pending at Hilligoss Shrader Funeral Home in Tuscola.
