Evergreen Nursing administrator Pleads Guilty to Theft

The administrator of Evergreen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center pleaded guilty to stealing from a resident.  53-year-old Lola White of Shumway resident Lola White entered the guilty plea Friday. By doing show, she admits to stealing from a trust fund of a resident.  Prior to the court appearance White made full restitution to the victim of the theft.  White received two years of probation and must complete 30 hours of community service and pay over $1,300 in fines.
