Update: Lovington Man Killed in Moultrie County Crash
According to the Illinois State Police, 24-year-old Dylan Tucker, of Taylorville disobeyed a stop sign at the intersection of County Road 2400 North and County Road 400 East and was struck by a motorcycle driven by 52-year-old Michael Castelli, of Lovington. Castelli died at the scene. Tucker was ticketed for disobeying a stop sign.
