This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Illinois, east central Illinois and southeast Illinois including Champaign-Christian-Clark-Clay-Coles-Crawford-Cumberland-De Witt-Douglas-Edgar-Effingham-Jasper-Lawrence-Logan-Macon-McLean-Moultrie-Piatt-Richland-Sangamon-Shelby and Vermilion counties
DAY ONE…THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT… Light snow is expected to develop after midnight tonight. Although any accumulations are expected to be light, untreated roads, bridges, and overpasses may develop slick spots.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY… The light snow should end around midday Wednesday. Accumulations should be generally an inch or less west of I-57 and under 2 inches to the east.
SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT… Spotter activation is not anticipated through tonight.
