This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for portions of central Illinois, east central Illinois, southeast Illinois and west central Illinois including Cass-Champaign-Christian-Clark-Clay-Coles-Crawford-Cumberland-De Witt-Douglas-Edgar-Effingham-Fulton-Jasper-Knox-Lawrence-Logan-Macon-Marshall-Mason-McLean-Menard-Morgan-Moultrie-Peoria-Piatt-Richland-Sangamon-Schuyler-Scott-Shelby-Stark-Tazewell-Vermilion and Woodford counties
DAY ONE…TODAY AND TONIGHT… Hazardous travel conditions are still possible early this morning as breezy north to northwest winds will continue to cause some blowing and drifting of the snow, especially in open and rural areas.
Bitter cold wind chills as low as 15 degrees below zero will continue this morning, but should improve around noon.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN…WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY… Another weather system could bring accumulating snow to the region Wednesday through Thursday.
SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT… Spotter activation is not anticipated through tonight.
