A man convicted for killing his daughter in 1989 is heading back to prison for failing to register with local authorities.
54-year-old Richard Page was convicted of killing his 23-month-old daughter Ashlin in Montgomery County and was released after serving 30- years of his 60-year sentence. After his release, Page lived in his step-mother’s home in Westervelt. After being evicted from the home, he lived in the Spillway Hotel in Shelbyville, and the Rosebud Motel in Pana. He failed to register the changes in residence in the allowed timeline. He will now serve 10 more years in prison.
