One person was killed and another injured in a two vehicle crash in Clark County, Wednesday, March 24, 2021. According to the Illinois State Police, a car driven by 18-year-old Donovan Nardini, of New Oxford, Pennsylvania left the roadway for unknown reasons and collided head-on with a tractor-trailer driven by 31-year-old Devinder Singh, of Bargersville, Indiana. 19-year-old Zachary Reynolds, a passenger in Nardini’s vehicle, died at the scene.
