A Casey man was injured in a crash on I-70 early this morning, Thursday, April 22, 2021.
According to the Illinois State Police, 35-year-old Joshua Devull was eastbound at milepost 115 when he fell asleep at the wheel and drifted off the roadway and into the median. His vehicle struck several yellow barrels prior to stopping just inches from a concrete bridge support column. He was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
