Charges Officially Filed In Shelby County Woman’s Death
(Shelby County, IL) — Two men are facing charges in the death of a Shelby County woman. Official charges were filed yesterday against Clayton Anderson and Thomas Miller after the body of 72-year-old Sherry Hubbartt was found last Sunday. Anderson faces eight counts, including first-degree murder, concealment of a homicidal death, and possession of a converted motor vehicle. Miller faces charges of concealment of a homicidal death and possession of a converted motor vehicle. Prosecutors say Hubbartt had an active order of protection against Anderson.
