At Least 7 Dead, 38 Injured In Violent Incidents Across Chicago Over The Weekend
(Chicago, IL) — At least seven people are dead and 40 more are injured from violent incidents across the city over the weekend. At least two of the deaths and two of the injuries were stabbings, including an incident last night at the Chicago Riverwalk that left two men in critical condition. ABC-7 Chicago is reporting that late Saturday night, a dozen people were shot citywide in just two hours. At least three of them were teenagers, two of which were injured in separate shooting incidents, and one of them is in critical condition. The other is a 17-year-old boy who authorities say was fatally shot in the face yesterday afternoon while driving in West Garfield Park.
