According to the Illinois State Police, a pickup truck driven by 19-year-old Ethan Angerami, of Manchester, New Hampshire struck the rear of a parked tractor-trailer on I-70 yesterday morning. Angerami and his passenger, 18-year-old John Hibbard, of Libson Falls, Maine were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the tractor-trailer, 56-year-old Rodney Rice, of Chillicothe, Texas, suffered minor injuries. He was ticketed for improper parking.
