Three people were arrested yesterday in connection to a vehicle theft in West Union. 27-year-old Michael Rodriguez, of Marshall, was arrested for motor vehicle theft, while two others, 33-year-old Brendon Rainbolt, also of Marshall, and 28-year-old Margo Winkler, of Paris, were charged with obstructing justice for filing a false police report. The investigation continues into additional persons of interest connected to other vehicle thefts. Clark County Sheriff Bill Brown urges you to lock your vehicle and take the keys with you. All of the vehicles that were taken had the keys inside.
