The man accused of shooting and killing a man in Paris has been arrested. 30-year-old Zachary Smith was taken into custody in connection to the shooting death of 31-year-old Matthew Morgan earlier this week. Smith is charged with first degree murder, unlawful possession of a handgun and unlawful use of a firearm.
