UPDATE 6:44pm: The concert set for tonight has been cancelled. Bingo is still going on, and carnival is still on, but no arm bands.

Scott Wattles Rock ‘n’ Roll plus gospel show that was scheduled to be in the Rotary Band Shell from 5-7pm at Peterson Park has been cancelled.
At 5pm they will make a call on the carnival opening at 6pm and the arm band night. A decision on the concert will come a little later.
