The Illinois State Police has confirmed the names of the individuals involved in yesterday’s crash in Edgar County. 23-year old Chelsie Lynn Gann of Brocton was killed when her vehicle collided with a tractor trailer driven by 59-year old Charles Buckley of Arcola. Two passengers in Gann’s vehicle, 31-year old Dustin Watson, and a 2-year old boy, were taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries.
