SCAN (Strasburg Community Action Network) will present “Burn Out in The ‘Burg” October 2nd at Village Park. In addition to the burn out competition, they’ll have a car show for years 1925 to 2021; exhaust competition; and hourly raffles. Entry fee is $10 per event.
