ISUPD: No Credible Threat After Rumored Attempted Abductions
(Normal, IL) — Illinois State University Police say there is no credible threat after rumors spread about reported attempted abductions on campus. The ISUPD says it is working with other agencies to investigate concerns of trafficking or kidnapping attempts in the area. Officials say they have not been able to substantiate any reports called in. Officers are encouraging first-hand witnesses to report their concerns to police.
