U.S. 51 Suspect Identified, Bond Set

(Dewitt County, IL) — A man accused of leading police on a chase and being involved in a standoff is being identified. Court records show Orsino Thurman appeared in court yesterday and was granted a 75-thousand-dollar bond. Prosecutors have not formally charged Thurman, but a judge found probable cause that he committed felonies, allowing authorities to keep him in custody.
