Secretary Of State Candidate Survives Hit And Run Crash
(Chicago, IL) — A GOP candidate for Illinois Secretary of State claims he was almost killed in a hit-and-run car crash in Chicago on Christmas Eve. In a Facebook post, William Kelly said an out-of-control driver blew a red light, totaled his car and fled the scene. He said it was a Christmas miracle that he is still alive.
