(Nashville, TN) — Kenny Chesney’s lavish hilltop home is off the market. The 12-thousand-600-square-foot stone villa sits on 56 wooded acres in the affluent neighborhood of Franklin, Tennessee. Chesney initially listed it for about 14-million dollars in August. It sold for eleven-and-a-half-million on December 22nd. He bought the estate in 2009 for about two-million less than that.
