Alabama Battles Georgia In CFP Title Game
(Indianapolis, IN) — It’s another all-SEC clash as Alabama battles Georgia in the College Football Playoff National Championship tonight in Indianapolis. The top-ranked Crimson Tide go for the title repeat after knocking off Cincinnati in the semifinals. The third-ranked Bulldogs beat Michigan in the semis to advance and setup a title game rematch from 2017. Georgia will be hoping for a different outcome this time around after losing in overtime that year to ‘Bama, which has won six of the last 12 national championships overall. The Bulldogs are in search of their first national title since 1980. Both teams are 13-and-1 on the season, with Georgia’s lone loss coming to Alabama in the SEC title game last month.
