Authorities ID Man Killed In Decatur Crash

(Decatur, IL) — Authorities are identifying a man killed in a crash last week in Decatur. Robert Shockley of Decatur was the driver and sole occupant of a minivan that hit a semi-truck on Illinois Route 121, near the interchange with I-72 Friday. Shockley was taken to the hospital, where he died.
